Holiday Rentals in Costa Calida

Villa Rentals by the Mar Menor

We can now offer you the choice of three beautiful villas by the Mar Menor in the heart of the unspoiled Costa Calida. The villas are easily accessible from either Alicante airport or Murcia airport.

Pueblo Patricia (2 x 3 bedrooms villas, to sleep 6)

The development is known as Pueblo Patricia at Los Alcazares in the Murcia region of Southern Spain. It is virtually untouched by tourism and still has a uniquely Spanish flavour.

This beautiful, modern, semi – detached villa has three bedrooms, one double and two twin, two bathrooms, a spacious living/dining area and a kitchen. Leading out from the kitchen is a small patio area that contains a utility area housing a washing machine.

The rooftop of the villa is a purpose built solarium and barbecue area for you to totally enjoy the beautifully sun filled days. All bedrooms and living areas have fan cooling systems and are fully furnished, for 6 people, to a high standard.

Bed linen and towels are provided for use within the villa however beach towels are not provided.
Two large beautifully maintained pools, although not actually overlooked by the villa, are available for your use at the rear of the villa. British maintenance and homecare services are employed. They spotlessly clean the villa and launder the bed linen prior to your arrival. They live permanently within the complex.
