Campoamor

This elevated, scenic course would seem to promise an easy day out, but tends to reserve a few surprises for the bold golfer.

Views of the stunning Campoamor course

The front nine, with its wide fairways, is pretty straightforward, whereas the hilly back nine is more demanding, featuring many dog legs and blind greens. Campoamor is situated between Villamartin and Las Ramblas, with a mere five minute drive between these now famous courses.

Some other great courses in the area:

La Marquesa
Situated in a deep valley north west of Torrevieja, La Marquesa is an uncomplicated, enjoyable course with mainly flat fairways and a few water hazards.

Altorreal
This is a very popular course, situated near Murcia, the region's capital. Laid out in a hilly terrain with many water hazards. It is both scenic and challenging.

Las Ramblas
Situated just a short drive off sandy beaches near Villamartin, this short, hilly course is reckoned to be one of the most difficult ones around- a definite choice for those seeking challenges. High trees, narrow fairways and ravines demand consideration and planning before every shot, making Las Ramblas a truly unforgettable experience.

La Finca
This spectacular golf course, aspiring for PGA status, was opened at Algorfa, near Orihuela, in 2002. With its breathtaking scenery, variety of holes, and challenging hazards, La Finca is rapidly establishing its leading position amongst South Costa Blanca's golfers.
